• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment with Dunya aesthetics, this is then deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.
  • By paying your deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions. Your money will be received through our booking system and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment without losing you deposit, you must call us 24 hours before your appointment is due. We will help you reschedule your appointment without losing you deposit.
  • In the event that you cancel your appointment or you don’t meet the 24 hours deadline to reschedule your deposit will be loss. You will have to pay a 20% deposit again to make another appointment which will be deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.

  • If we cancel your appointment due to internal inconveniences  we will be happy to re-book your appointment without losing your deposit and or refund your deposit in its full amount.
